The Finish Packs · Three Budget Tiers

Know your budget before you pick a single tile.

Finish Packs are how we give you pricing clarity from the start. Each tier anchors your project to a budget range, so you're never guessing what "mid-range" or "high-end" means in dollars. Pick a tier now, refine your picks during the design consultation.

Labor is priced separately, by the space.
You'll see both when you get your quote.
How Finish Packs Work

Your Finish Pack is a starting point. Not a finish line.

When you fill out the quote form, you pick the tier that best fits your budget. Our team uses that tier to build your preliminary estimate. For a full breakdown of what a remodel costs, see our Chicago bathroom remodel cost guide.

During the in-person design consultation, we walk you through actual material options in your price range. You'll visit suppliers (Floor & Decor is a common one) to see and touch the materials. We'll send you a curated list of options in your tier to narrow things down before the visit.

If something from a higher tier catches your eye, we show you the price difference right there. No pressure, no hidden costs. You see the delta and decide.

Once you lock in your selections, our team confirms the final proposal and orders materials. Typical selection timeline: 1 to 2 weeks after the site visit, with a deadline to keep the project on schedule.

What the Project Fee Covers

One flat fee, on its own line.

Your remodel has two costs, the labor and the materials, and one flat 18% project fee on the two of them together. It pays for the work you don't see on site: the design of your project, every material sourced and delivered, and every trade scheduled and managed, all backed by a licensed, insured company.

You see the fee as its own line in your estimate and your proposal, calculated on your labor and materials total. No markup hidden inside a materials number. We'd rather show you the receipt.
